Ameera Gill | Producer

Ameera Gill is a producer based in the UK. She obtained an MA in Shakespeare Studies at King’s College London and the Globe Theatre and also holds a BA in English Literature at King’s. She has written work published in an online series for the Centre of Early Modern Studies, and worked with events producers in experiential marketing, and completed projects in both Cannes and NYC.

Born out of a long term interest in unveiling histories and stories to the world that have been silenced by systemic oppression, Do or Die Pictures seeks to tell stories of ordinary people that do incredible things, that change society in an impactful way.

Ameera has most recently produced an award winning short film for the 48hr Film Festival 2023 securing best actor and nominated for best editing. The film has also been short-listed for several other categories such as best directing and cinematography.
